Auction Sale Terms and Conditions

 

Create your auction account by clicking Register.

The username and password created will be used to enter the Auction portal for the duration of the auction sale (Registration and Login links take you to the Auction portal located on the Trading International Group website).

Ensure that your full name is entered on the registration form along with a valid telephone number (numbers only), and email address.

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

Upon registration verification, you will receive access to view the vehicles on auction.

The auction will be available for a period of five (5) days starting December 27, 2021 at 8:00am to December 31, 2021 at 4:00pm.

You may click the “Bid Now” button for a one-time bid.  The bidder may bid as often as possible before the auction closes.

Each bid legally obligates the bidder to pay the bid price in full if his or her bid is deemed final at the end of the auction. (Default in payment or refusal to pay the price in full constitutes an offense which may result in financial penalties).

When you place a bid on an online auction item you are agreeing to any specific terms and conditions imposed by the seller and included by the seller in the item’s description.

All items are sold "as is," without guarantee made to their value, function or genuineness.

Vehicles offered at the auction are given an estimated value by an external independent assessor which is used as the minimum bid.

Although items may be listed on auction list as being available for bidding, the auctioneer reserves the right to remove items from bidding at any time, for any reason.

All Purchases are Final. Once you have confirmed a purchase, your purchase is final and cannot be canceled.

Once an auction is closed, successful highest bidders will be notified and given instructions to proceed to Auto Trade Ltd located at the Canefield Industrial Site within 72 business hours.

Winning bidders can pick up their vehicles, following payment by presenting a Government Issued picture ID and the details of the item being purchased. Failure to do so may result in financial penalties or the forfeiture of the item.

Once a vehicle has been legally transferred over to the winning bidder, the auctioneer ceases to hold any liability over the object. Any damages incurred due to its use or misuse is not the auctioneer’s responsibility.

All items successfully purchased must be removed from Auto Trade Ltd lot by the winning bidders (or his/her duly assigned representative) no later than 5:00pm on January 7, 2022.

The expenses incurred in moving the items will be borne by the winning bidder/purchaser.
