How To Purchase
Tickets are only available digitally, and can be purchased online via our Auto Trade App, website or social media pages and NOW at the Auto Trade’s Cashier’s Booth.
Ticket Price: $150 XCD, VAT inclusive. Remember No Physical Tickets are Available. Tickets are only available via the official mediums stated above.
How to Win
Feel free to purchase as many tickets as you wish, as with a traditional raffle the more entries the more opportunities to win.
Live draw takes place on September 3rd, 2024 during Night with Nissan.
Terms & Conditions
- Enter your COMPLETE LEGAL Name, Address, Telephone Number, to complete your ticket purchases.
- Must be 21 years old or over to purchase.
- Winner must present valid National IDs, matching the name on the raffle entry to redeem the prize.
- If you are unable to collect the prize yourself, your designee must have a certified letter from you authorizing them to collect along with a valid National ID.
- Accepted IDs: Passport, Driver’s License, or Social Security Card
- Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Tickets go on sale September 29, 2023, and close September 1st, 2024 at 5:00pm.
- The winner will be selected from eligible tickets in a Live random drawing during Night with Nissan on September 3rd, 2024.
- Auto Trade Ltd will attempt to notify the winner LIVE by phone, email, and/or social media.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days after the first attempt to contact them, Auto Trade Ltd reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner in their place at random from the remaining non-winning eligible entries
- The winner is required to retain ownership of the vehicle for not less than six (6) months.
- The winner is required to have 3rd Party Insurance, at minimum, to drive the vehicle off the Auto Trade compound.
- Prize is NOT exchangeable for cash.
- Employees AND the immediate family of employees of Auto Trade Ltd are NOT eligible to participate in the raffle.
- Acceptance of the prize grants Auto Trade Ltd permission to use winner’s entry name, and likeness (including photographs and videos) for advertising and promotion without further compensation or remuneration.
- Auto Trade Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with any process or operation of this raffle or to be acting in violation of these Official rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- In the event that the operation, security or administration of the Raffle is impaired in any way or for any reason that prevents the Raffle to run as planned, Auto Trade Ltd may in their sole discretion either suspend or terminate the Raffle or make changes to award prizes among eligible non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
- By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Auto Trade Ltd and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and other companies associated with the raffle, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents from and against any claim or cause of actions rising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of the prizes
- Entrants waive the right to claim any damages, including, but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages
- All entries become the property of Auto Trade Ltd.
- Winning a prize in this Raffle is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all the requirements set forth by Auto Trade Ltd.
