Jidosha-Seido Ltd, was established in Yokohama, Japan by Nikon Sangyo Company and Tobata Imono Company in 1933. This new company is led by Yoshisuke Aikawa and takes over all operations for manufacturing Datsuns. In 1934, Nihon Sangyo takes on sole ownership of the company and renames it Nissan Motor Company Ltd.
